wild animalOhio Wildlife Center operates a free wildlife hospital in central Ohio. The animal shall be always securely contained throughout the transportation enclosure and shall not be capable of put any a part of its body outside the transportation enclosure in a manner that would result in damage to the animal or to persons or animals nearby.

Dangerous wild animals or wild animals that are required to be registered under these laws, whether or not they’re in actual fact registered, shall be saved in a safe enclosure which meets or surpasses the requirements for dimension and power set out in these rules.

If the animal will not be kept within a building meeting the definition of a Major Enclosure, measurement shall be created from the closest portion of the enclosure by which the harmful animal is kept to the closest portion of the residential construction.

If the dangerous wild animal or wild animal is just not kept inside a constructing assembly the definition of a Primary Enclosure, measurement shall be comprised of the nearest portion of the enclosure wherein the animal is kept to the nearest property line of the college or youngster care facility.

The outside space of a spot at which animals required to be registered are stored and all Unique Animal Facilities required to be registered pursuant to these rules have to be enclosed by a perimeter fence that is at the least eight (eight) ft in top and a minimum of three ft distant from each Primary Enclosure.
